Here is one of my favorite recipes. If you want to make something easy and delicious then this is the dish for you. The noodles are actually green bean threads. They become clear and cellophane like at the end of cooking. There is a small amount of pork (you can make it vegetarian too if you want) along with garlic and ginger to complete the masterpiece.
